Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

I purchased the Roman Chamomile Essential Oil and have found it very rewarding. I sometimes have trouble sleeping but when diffusing this oil, I actually get a very good nights sleep. The Roman Chamomile is a great essential oil for someone under stress, or if your going through a period of depression, loneliness,or even anxiety. I am not a doctor this is just my opinion of this oil.. I feel it helps me. I find the oil to have a very calming effect. It is an oil that is safe to use in the room with babies although a lot of the oils are not safe for babies.. I am not going to tell you it is the same or different from other brands of Roman Chamomile for I have not used the other brands in this particular oil. I only know how it has worked for me.
