I have a Pomeranian and her fur is so thick and gets matted so easily.. This  Double Sided Professional Grooming Rake has been the answer to our problem. She sheds constantly and  this dematting comb is the answer to our problem.. Ms Wiggles doesn't like being combed because of the matting she gets and it pulls on her but since I purchased this comb she doesn't seem to mind as much.. It is the perfect comb for her thick hair. This comb has curvature to it that helps grab the thick hair. On one side the combs are close together and flip it over and they are separated. The handle is very comfortable to handle making the job easier.
